You can come and go to enjoy your day on the water then return your boat to your permanent floating dock wet slip until you are ready for your next get-away. JMK5 Marina is a pet friendly community.

JMK5 Marina offers wet slips for power or sail boats from 35 Ft up to 55 Ft long and 34 Ft width (multihull) with many services for your convenience.
Some of our boat owners choose to live a life on the water and enjoy the amenities that we provide.
Our Services
Our additional services provide flushing your motor, bimini fold, battery (charge, jump, plug in), covering the boat if you prefer — all for your convenience for minimal fees. (see below for rates).
