    We offer single wide slips ranging from 35 to 55 feet. Each slip comes equipped with water and metered electrical connections. For multi hull boats, two slips are required.

    Absolutely! We provide discounts for annual leases, and new customers enjoy 50% off the security deposit or the 13th month free (13 months for the price of 12).

    Your boat's safety is our priority. Our marina boasts security cameras, after-hours armed guard patrols, and a resident Harbormaster for on-site assistance during boat emergencies.
  • 3. What are the costs and terms associated with slip rental?
    Our base rental rate is $10 per slip foot. Live Aboard fee is $75 for the first two persons, with an additional $75 for up to four persons. We also offer mailbox rentals at $5 per month. Leases are available on both month-to-month and annual terms.
